 Shipping & Delivery

At The Velveteen Rabbit, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service, every time. Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are shipped vis USPS standard delivery and charged a standard shipping rate based upon weight. Items that ship Standard Delivery arrive in 3-7 business days. 

Please verify the address is correct, including your Paypal and Apple Pay address if you checkout with either of those, as an incorrect address may significantly delay your order.

The Velveteen Rabbit is not responsible for change of address or packages lost, stolen damaged or delayed in the mail system.

Orders of $250 and up require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Where is my order?

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Please verify that it was not sent to your spam/junk mail. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you can contact us at

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day. 

If you're missing items or shipments or should you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation

 

 Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at sales@thevelveteenrabbitboutique.com to return items for store credit or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Items may be returned after 14 days under the same conditions for store credit. All sales are final. 

Items must be:

    • unused/unwashed in original condition
    • original packaging & tags attached
    • Receipt, proof of purchase
    • purchased within the last 14 days of delivery and eligible for a refund or exchange. Items purchased from our Sale or clearance are "final sale" and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
    • No odors, pet hair, stains or damage.
    • Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Previously exchanged items are not eligible for returns or additional exchanges.
