Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once you have placed your order we cannot modify or cancel your order.

Hand-made items:

Given their handmade nature, variations are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is unique and no two are exactly alike. Images on our website may vary from your actual piece. 

How do I use a discount codes?

Discount codes are entered at checkout. Each discount code is unique and can only be used once per customer. Should your discount code not work, it may have used it on a past order, and/or is expired.

Sign up for our newsletter by scrolling to the bottom of our website, and we will send you exclusive discount codes from time to time that are only available to our subscribers. 

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Standard delivery will arrive within 3-7 days after being processed.

Do you offer upgraded shipping?

Yes! Priority shipping will be processed in 1-2 business days. Priority shipping will arrive within 2-3 days after being processed.

This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed. On rare occasions, orders will ship outside this timeframe. Those occasions will usually be during launches and orders can take anywhere from 48-72 hrs to process. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments as products are ready.

Priority Shipping is not available during launches and for the two weeks following.

The Velveteen Rabbit does not offer international shipping at this time. 

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Absolutely! At checkout there is an option to choose gift wrapping for a fee of $15.00.
